This is a popular microphone preamp and mixer for basic audio work. Its moderately priced approx £39 and includes the essential phantom mic preamp which supplies power to microphones that need it. If you use this to connect to your PC sound card, then configure your sound card input to "line" rather than "microphone". You can use the tape out phono connectors if to connect to your sound card if dont have the normal pro audio jacks.
